Strawflower Salmon

Papery, everlasting blooms in warm salmon and rose, the crisp petals layered like tissue around a golden centre, flowers that rustle when you touch them and keep their colour and shape long after everything else has faded. Wonderful fresh, and one of the very best for drying: cut just before the blooms fully open and hang upside down somewhere cool, and you’ll have flowers for winter.

Hand-grown from seed and raised in a 9cm pot - healthy, established seedlings, ready to plant straight into your garden or pots.

Position: Full sun

Care: Well-drained soil; drought-tolerant once established. Deadhead to keep the blooms coming, and pick often — cutting only encourages more.
