Zinnia Polar Bear

Great dahlia-formed blooms in every shade of white there is chalk, ivory, the faintest wash of green at the centre before the petals open fully.
Tall, close to 90cm, on stems strong enough to hold those heavy heads upright without staking in most spots. One of the best zinnias for cutting: the blooms drink well and hold in a vase for a week or more, and the more stems you take, the more come through the warm months.

Water: At the base, keep the leaves dry

Flowers: Midsummer to first frost
